Weβre looking for a Recruiter who can help us identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent for our expanding team. Responsibilities β’ Source and screen candidates for sales, customer support, and technical roles β’ Manage full-cycle recruiting (from posting to offer) β’ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn β’ Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with department leads β’ Assist with onboarding and initial training coordination β’ Maintain organized candidate records in our CRM/ATS system Qualifications β’ 1+ year of recruiting experience (call center or sales hiring preferred) β’ Strong communication and organizational skills β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms β’ Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines β’ Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits β’ $20β$50 per hour, based on experience and performance β’ Flexible schedule (remote or hybrid options) β’ Growth potential within a rapidly expanding company β’ Performance bonuses and commissions available Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: β’ Referral program Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
