Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Health and Life Insurance Agents in a 1099, commission-based role.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who are looking for flexibility, growth, and uncapped earning potential while working remotely.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, present tailored health and life insurance solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will also have access to training, support, and systems designed to help you build and grow your business.
- What Youβll Do:
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Present and explain customized health and life insurance options
- Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay up to date with products and compliance guidelines

Requirements
- Required:
- Active Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
- Stable Internet
- Working Computer (Desktop or laptop) with at least
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
- Familiarity with health and life insurance products
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Additional Qualities:
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Organized and able to manage follow-up and client pipelines
- Committed to staying up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
