Caring Angels Home Care seeks a high-energy Remote Healthcare Recruiter to recruit allied health care professionals for our East Coast Division and grow our client base. This position is 100% commission based and you will receive payment for every placement made and client acquired. This job does NOT offer a base salary or hourly pay, but we do offer generous productivity Incentives on top of the standard commission earned. • Flexible daytime or evening hours Monday through Friday • Ability to work remotely during regular and after business hours • Weekends optional • A thorough skill-building training program Requirements: • Excellent multi-tasking, self-management and verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet • Ability to stay on task and minimize distractions at home • Highly organized with solid computer skills including Web, Word and Outlook proficiency is preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
