They are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Recruitment Executive to source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals across the United States.
- Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Physicians, etc.) nationwide
- Conduct interviews, credential verification, and compliance checks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Partner with healthcare facilities and internal teams to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Ensure all placements meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Track recruitment metrics and meet placement targets
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Skills
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
- Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, or physicians
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in travel nursing or contract staffing
- Familiarity with AI-driven or tech-enabled recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
