They are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support the Administrative Office of United States Courts, providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Responsibilities Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software both in person and through the use of remote access tools Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Assists in the administration of e-mail, bolthires office, etc Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Create, monitor, and resolve customer Request and Incident tickets Familiar with the Windows 10 operating system Position is full time remote so your home work environment must be setup to receive customer calls through your work computer.
