As a sales closer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. About the Role:
As a Remote High Ticket Sales Closer, you will be responsible for closing high-ticket sales deals with pre-qualified leads. You will utilize your exceptional sales skills to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. With a focus on online education, you will be selling products ranging from $3,000 to $20,000, with commissions of 15%-20%.
Responsibilities:
- Sell high-ticket products to pre-qualified leads via phone and video chat
- Conduct diligent follow-up via email and/or text to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively suggest ideas to improve the sales process and pitch
- Record customer information accurately using our CRM software
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales overall
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a sales closer with a B2C offer
- Proven track record of 20%+ close rate while maintaining high integrity in sales
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong internal communication and record calls for review
- Experience with outbound lead generation and smart follow-up strategies
