The Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate care between Clients and CAREGivers, ensuring high-quality matches and effective communication. Responsibilities β’ Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner β’ Contact, engage, enlist, and schedule professional CAREGivers to Clients based on needs, ability, and location β’ Create and maintain Client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships β’ Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing our software system β’ Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system β’ Follow up on CAREGiver and client concerns as needed β’ Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members β’ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team β’ If oncall, Caregiving could be needed in the case of an emergency β’ Sunday to Thursday position Skills β’ High integrity β’ Excellent customer service skills β’ Willing to learn! β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail β’ Strong computer and typing skills (60 wpm preferred) β’ Excels in a fast-paced environment β’ Flexible β’ Can perform with a sense of urgency β’ Enjoys working as part of a team β’ Sense of humor β’ Complete a criminal background, MVR, drug screen & reference checks β’ Passion and knowledge of aging adult population Benefits β’ Group Health Insurance, Vision and Dental β’ 401k Plan w/ 4% company match that you are immediately eligible for β’ Generous PTO Program β’ Bonus Program β’ Tuition reimbursement β’ A meaningful career! β’ Opportunity for growth within the company β’ Ability to earn $80 per night of oncall responsibilities Company Overview β’ Home Instead provides various senior services including chronic condition support.
