The Home Inspector is responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties, assisting with construction tasks, and ensuring the progress of home inspections. Responsibilities Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material Deliver any necessary equipment to houses Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher Great communication skills Computer skills Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA Benefits Competitive pay Great benefits Great people Casual dress Team events Company Overview House Buyers of America (House Buyers) is a residential real estate investment company headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia.
