Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dr. Mobicare is a leader in the development and management of comprehensive wound healing, seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee all HR functions for the facility. The role involves strategic leadership in talent management and total rewards services, ensuring compliance and effective employee relations.

    Responsibilities
  • Directs all activities related to preparing personnel-related documents for the Joint Commission surveys
  • Oversees the FMLA, General Leave of Absence process, and Accommodations process ensuring that all information is communicated in a timely manner
  • Provides consultation and training to facility management regarding employee relations issues, counseling and termination procedures as required
  • Maintains up-to-date wage and salary survey data within the relevant job market at the facility; updates salary structure and pay scales as needed or directed by the CEO
  • Coordinates with Department Heads in maintaining all compliance issues with their staff: Competency, Performance Evaluations and Orientation and other required training
  • Coordinates all activities related to the Employee Problem/Conflict Resolution Process and conducts related investigations/findings in a timely manner; reports and responds to all employees with respect to findings and outcomes in a professional manner
    Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in Human Resources
  • 1-2 years of experience in Wound Care Management (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be able to pass all background checks
  • Major in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development preferred
  • SPHR or PHR certification preferred
  • Must have good understanding of HR related Joint Commission Standards and be familiar with the Joint Commission Survey process
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good general computer knowledge, in Word and Excel, and ability to prepare HR reports
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems
  • Comfort using business email system, such as Microsoft Outlook
  • Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
  • Strong communication skills
