The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 5C is seeking an HR Systems & Operations Analyst who will be the cornerstone of HR infrastructure at the data center. This role ensures that HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and system workflows operate smoothly and accurately, enabling HR Generalists and Leadership to focus on employee relations and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities β’ Configure, implement, and maintain the HRIS (e.g. UKG Ready/Pro), including time-keeping, payroll integrations, employee records, access control, and data accuracy β’ Administer and reconcile benefits across multiple non-integrated vendors/platforms (U.S.
medical/ancillary/401(k); Canadian benefits if applicable), including enrollment changes, terminations, life-event updates, and monthly reconciliation with payroll and finance β’ Maintain data integrity, conduct regular audits, and produce HR operational reports and metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, compliance, benefits utilization) β’ Manage LearnUpon (or equivalent LMS) administration for compliance training (OSHA, safety, certifications), tracking, reporting, renewals, and record-keeping β’ Support regulatory and safety reporting and documentation (e.g., OSHA data for U.S.
sites and regional requirements) by maintaining accurate systems data, generating reports, and supporting record retention; partner with operations and HR leadership as needed β’ Liaise with IT, Payroll, Benefits Vendors, and HR leadership to support system integrations, upgrades, data migrations, and HR process improvements β’ Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for enterprise systems and operational workflows, including cross-functional processes, system configurations, and data-management practices β’ Serve as a central point-of-contact for HR-systems issues at the data center; provide support during audits, benefit renewals, open enrollment, headcount audits, and compliance reviews β’ Provide periodic reporting/analytics to HR leadership and finance (headcount, labor costs, benefit enrollment, payroll data, turnover metrics) β’ Support cross-functional projects, system implementations, and ongoing initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) β’ 3β5 years of HRIS / HR operations / payroll & benefits administration experience β preferably in multi-site, multi-state / multi-jurisdiction environments β’ Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and workflows; familiarity with payroll & benefits platforms; NHS/HR best practices for safety, compliance, and record-keeping β’ Strong analytical, data-management, and reporting skills; ability to manage data integrity, audits, reconciliations β’ Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate with IT, Payroll, Benefits Vendors, HR leadership, and site operations teams β’ Comfortable working on-site at a data center, across shifts if needed, given 24/7 operations β’ Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent Company Overview β’ 5C is in a unique position to provide large-scale, purpose-built AI digital infrastructure solutions.
