Campus4Tech is offering an HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM) Training & Placement Program for professionals seeking to advance their careers in Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise HR technology. The role focuses on providing functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, assisting in implementations, and supporting various HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Assist in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and enhancements
- Support HR processes including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and onboarding
- Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user guides
- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution
- Support data validation, reporting, and workforce analytics using HRIS tools
- Assist with integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and external vendors during project execution
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations
