As a Hybrid Controller, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all financial functions to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping
- Manage the monthly closing procedures and guarantee the accuracy of financial reports
- Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and tax documentation
- Analyze financial data to offer critical insights that guide our strategic decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage Intacct being a desirable asset
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred
- CPA certification is mandatory
