The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for managing and executing the implementation of software systems and solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
- Skills
- 5 years extensive experience in implementation, project management, or a related role working within the utility/SaaS filed
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field - preferred
