Job Description
We’re hiring an Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this entry-level position, you’ll manage both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach, conduct virtual consultations, and recommend customized life and health insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
· Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively conduct outbound calls to connect with prospective clients
· Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients
· Lead virtual meetings to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations
· Support clients throughout the application process with professionalism and clarity
· Accurately manage client data and track interactions in CRM systems
· Stay informed about insurance products, licensing requirements, and evolving industry trends
· Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in sales (inbound/outbound), insurance, or financial services is helpful but not required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Organized, motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
· Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms
· High ethical standards and a professional attitude toward client service

Pay: $60,893.82 - $70,269.98 per year
