Job Overview:
- Location: Fully remote (must reside in the United States, excluding CT, Washington D.C., MD, CO, MA, NJ, NY, CA, OR, or WA)
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Compensation: Competitive salary of $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering 5-star customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels
- Handling a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries and requests
- Maintaining accurate records and completing essential follow-up documentation
- Meeting established activity targets and key performance indicators
- Delivering a positive and exceptional experience in every interaction
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple business applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Requirements:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience
- Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
- University or College degree
