You’ll receive carefully selected products at no cost, use them in your daily routine, document your experiences, and share honest, detailed insights. This role offers: Flexibility to work 15‑25 hours per week, fully remote. Competitive hourly rates ranging from $25 to $45 based on project complexity. Weekly payments every Wednesday via direct deposit or cheque. The chance to keep most of the products you test after the evaluation period. Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Might Look Like Documenting the User Experience Follow the detailed In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided for each product, completing tasks such as unboxing, reading instructions, and using the product for the required duration. Capture high‑quality screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries that reflect your genuine interaction with the product. Submit all documentation through the secure Talvora portal or designated mobile application in a timely manner. Product Care & Responsible Use Handle each product with care, adhering to safety guidelines and usage instructions. Maintain the integrity of the product throughout the testing period to ensure accurate feedback. Engagement with Research Teams Participate in private chat rooms hosted by partnered market‑research firms to discuss product features, answer follow‑up questions, or clarify observations. Provide concise, thoughtful written reviews or video testimonials as outlined in the daily schedule. Utilize Flexionis ’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology (formerly known as MFour) to capture “Point‑of‑Emotion®” insights, delivering deep‑dive emotional responses. Timeliness & Consistency Commit to a consistent testing routine that aligns with the project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. Report any issues, delays, or product defects promptly to the Jobtrix support team. Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed Attention to detail: Ability to follow precise instructions and capture accurate documentation. Reliability: Consistent attendance to the weekly schedule and prompt submission of deliverables. Technical readiness: Access to a computer with a stable internet connection, and a digital camera or smartphone capable of taking clear photos and videos. Communication skills: Clear written communication for journal entries, reviews, and chat interactions. Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
