Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is an organization focused on improving college students' success through innovative learning tools. They are seeking an Inside Customer Success Specialist to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention by working closely with instructors to optimize software use and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and new product adoptions to minimize churn and increase lifetime value
- Build strong relationships with instructors, offering strategic guidance aligned with their course goals
- Collaborate with sales to ensure renewals and identify expansion opportunities based on customer usage
- Facilitate onboarding and educate users on best practices and new product features
- Handle high volumes of emails and calls to support customers and internal teams
- Develop and execute calling and email campaigns targeting current and potential customers
- Maintain accurate records and contact databases
- Identify account issues and develop strategies to improve customer experience with leadership support
- Communicate customer needs and advocate for priorities within the organization
- Represent the customer voice, providing feedback to product teams and collaborating across departments
- Host and moderate virtual events including webinars, workshops, and conferences
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and support digital products
- Comfortable working across departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter, team player, and multitasker capable of adjusting priorities quickly
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Customer success or customer service with a technology product, Instructional design in higher education, Teaching experience in higher education (professor, lecturer, or TA), Communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
