As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will leverage the existing customer base to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls with our existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products Best match client needs to insurance company offerings Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses Skills RIBO Level 2 License and Ontario auto insurance knowledge required A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
