They are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to expand their investor network and manage relationships with prospective and existing investors, particularly in light of their upcoming real estate investment fund. Responsibilities • Present and explain current investment opportunities to potential investors • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and accredited investors • Follow up with company-provided leads (warm introductions, webinar attendees, email subscribers, etc.) • Cold calling cold leads • Manage investor communications - prepare summaries, updates, and performance reports • Collaborate with leadership to structure deals, terms, and investor materials Skills • Experience in capital raising, private equity, real estate investing, or financial sales • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, ethical, and goal-oriented • Existing investor network (preferred, not required) • Understanding of private lending, promissory notes, or syndications a plus Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
