They are seeking an Iowa licensed attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to assist with workers’ compensation matters on a remote basis. Responsibilities • Assist with workers’ compensation matters on a remote basis. • Handle general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in Iowa workers’ compensation litigation matters.
