They are seeking an IT Security Analyst to monitor and maintain the security of internal systems, respond to security alerts, and conduct vulnerability assessments. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the security of internal information systems, networks, and databases Respond promptly to security alerts and investigate incidents to ensure swift resolution Conduct vulnerability and threat assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks Track and analyze key security performance metrics to improve security posture Assist in the development and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Skills Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field Up to 3 years of experience in information technology with a focus on cybersecurity Knowledge of standard concepts and practices in system administration, including Windows Server and Active Directory Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts, including routers, switches, and firewalls Strong written and oral communication skills in English Entry-level cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or GSEC Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF Demonstrated ability to manage complex workloads and facilitate multiple activities autonomously Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and leadership skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits
