Job Description:


As a Remote IT Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our global team, with a focus on warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Building relationships with our Warehouse Operations team to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support

  • Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, including Windows server, network connectivity, and warehouse hardware problems

  • Managing tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our end-users

  • Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement

  • Identifying and addressing recurring technical issues to improve business efficiency and productivity

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking devices

  • Experience with software imaging using SCCM and technical documentation

  • Excellent client support, administrative, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
