Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. P95 is a global provider of clinical and epidemiological services related to vaccines and infectious diseases. As a Junior Clinical Data Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of Data Management services for mid-sized or less complex studies, focusing on study set-up, database validation, and data cleaning to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities β’ Take ownership of assigned Data Management tasks with minimal supervision, supporting end-to-end delivery of study activities. β’ Assist with study set-up, including database design, validation, and routine data cleaning. β’ Support data review processes by generating queries and performing quality checks in accordance with established protocols. β’ Manage the coordination of Data Management related activities. β’ Lead database design activities by creating data entry screens, system queries, and performing eCRF or system query validation/testing in the EDC database. β’ Perform medical coding activities, using standard dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHODrug Global, when applicable. β’ Conduct peer-to-peer quality reviews and assist in resolving study-related data discrepancies. β’ Ensure timely filing of all study related documentation in the eTMF. β’ Contribute to project documentation and participate in sponsor meetings, study team discussions, and audits. β’ Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives. β’ Escalate issues to senior team members while adhering to internal procedures and timlines. Skills β’ 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management or a related role. β’ Basic familiarity with clinical trial processes, Data Management Systems, database validation, and quality control practices. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Flexibility and multitasking ability β’ Problem-solving skills β’ Thrive while working under pressure β’ A keen eye for detail β’ Work independently (and remotely) and is a great team player that solves issues in a collaborative manner β’ Flexible approach to work β’ Well organized and plan correctly β’ Client-focused β’ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn about new software and systems β’ Focused on delivering high-quality results on time β’ Sensitive to cross-cultural differences. Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
