Ladders is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney - Regulatory And Government Affairs to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role involves formulating and maintaining the Knowledge Management plan, curating legal documents, and facilitating collaboration among attorneys to optimize practice workflows.
- Responsibilities
- Formulate and maintain the Knowledge Management (KM) plan with practice leadership
- Curate and create key legal documents, guidelines, and resources for the practice
- Identify and summarize legal and market developments for stakeholders
- Capture market trends to optimize the practice's experience database
- Facilitate collaboration among attorneys using effective communication tools
- Analyze and refine workflow processes for improved matter management
- Lead training programs for both internal teams and clients
- Skills
- J.D. from ABA accredited law school with state bar admission
- 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house department
- Substantive knowledge in areas such as Data Protection, Environmental and FDA Regulatory law
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Experience with legal technologies and project management
