The role involves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross functional leaders to drive business decisions. Responsibilities β’ Analyze large, multi source datasets and extract insights that shape business decisions β’ Build polished, intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau β’ Partner with cross functional leaders to understand goals and translate them into data solutions β’ Support data modeling, integration, and collaboration with data engineering teams β’ Perform high value ad hoc analysis to answer urgent and strategic questions β’ Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across all systems β’ Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks that track performance and drive accountability β’ Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, reporting efficiency, and overall data maturity Skills β’ 5 plus years in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar data role β’ Strong SQL skills and advanced Tableau proficiency β’ Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, GCP, Databricks, or dbt β’ Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and warehousing concepts β’ Ability to communicate clear insights to both technical and non technical audiences β’ Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset that loves solving problems β’ Bonus skills in Python or R β’ Machine learning concepts β’ Product analytics tools β’ Financial reporting Company Overview β’ ε₯εΊ· (kenko) β The balance of vitality and harmony in body and mind.
