They are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of platforms that support educational initiatives, focusing on technical leadership and high-impact implementation of complex software components. Responsibilities • Define strategic architectural choices and set technical patterns for the team to adopt • Champion new AI workflows and develop high-impact playbooks • Develop the most complex, high-stakes components of the codebase with your team • Verify your team adheres to established patterns and upholds quality standards Skills • At least 5 years of professional software development experience building software products • At least 3 years as either a lead engineer (reviewing others' work) or architect (making key technical decisions) • Experience working on platform-level products where other teams consumed your APIs • Deep engagement with AI tools, actively experimenting and pushing boundaries Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
