- Skills
- Advanced executive coach (ICF, PCC, MCC or equivalent)
- Senior consultant
- Former CEO/CXO/CHRO
- Proven track record in executive coaching, leadership, culture, or consulting
- Love coaching, consulting, leadership development and culture change
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and ready to grow a profitable, high-impact practice
