They are seeking a high-performing Learning Designer / Instructional Designer to design and develop comprehensive learning programs that drive organizational transformation in corporate environments. Responsibilities β’ Understand our enterprise clients' industries and strategic objectives β’ Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities β’ Analyze existing training programs, employee feedback, and organizational data to identify gaps β’ Research company financial metrics, investor reports, and strategic priorities to inform recommendations β’ Create compelling decks that translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights β’ Design comprehensive human-centered learning experiences based on adult learning principles and innovative instructional approaches, for both in-person and virtually facilitated formats β’ Bring fresh, innovative approaches to traditional corporate capability-building challenges β’ Create design documents to gain alignment with and iterate on program design with clients and stakeholders β’ Create comprehensive facilitator guides, slide decks, and participant program materials and experience supports (handbooks, cheat sheets, job aids, toolkits) for in-person and virtually-facilitated programs (primary focus) β’ Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with creative, engaging elements (secondary focus) β’ Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, interactive simulations, and assessments (secondary focus) β’ Design professional slide decks with strong visual storytelling and clear narrative flow β’ Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and instructional approach across all programs β’ Ensure all digital content is accessible and optimized for various devices and platforms β’ Facilitate pilot testing with target audiences, synthesize inputs, and iterate based on feedback β’ Build client and stakeholder relationships that uncover their evolving needs β’ Create structured project workplans with tracked milestones β’ Manage learning design projects with strong attention to detail and timelines β’ Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams through proactive updates and documentation β’ Facilitate effective client meetings with thorough preparation and comprehensive follow-up Skills β’ Bachelor's degree β’ 6+ years of experience designing and building in-person and virtual programs as a learning designer in corporate environments β’ Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder relationships β’ Expert-level PowerPoint skills including slide design, visual storytelling, and presentation development β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills when working directly with clients, including the ability to lead project meetings, present findings and recommendations clearly, and build rapport with stakeholders β’ Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to bring innovative approaches to learning challenges β’ Solid proficiency with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar β’ Basic proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools β’ Familiarity with and curiosity for using AI tools for learning enhancement β’ Adult Learning and Instructional Design skills Company Overview β’ BruntWork builds cost-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.
