Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is a leading multinational financial technology company seeking a highly skilled Legal Business & Implementation Analyst. The role involves supporting testing, data validation, process assessment, and change management throughout the implementation, working closely with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Perform extensive testing of playbooks, clause libraries, templates, and end-to-end workflows in the new Sirion system • Validate the implementation partner’s clause and template harmonization work • Develop, execute, and document test cases for legal workflows • Support attorneys during user testing and troubleshoot issues • Test results for both English and non-English templates, ensuring correct tagging, logic, and configurations • Review 350,000–400,000+ existing CLM records to: • Identify clean vs.
non-clean data • Flag records not eligible for migration (e.g., stale deal statuses) • Validate data fields and metadata • Collaborate with the implementation partner regarding data transformation requirements • Identify where tagging and business logic exist in non-English templates and relay requirements to the implementation partner • Verify output accuracy after configuration • Support training for attorneys and users on the new system • Provide office hours, troubleshooting assistance, and hands-on help • Prepare communications, documentation, and guidance materials • Assist with organizational readiness activities as needed • Track progress of testing, data cleanup, and migration tasks • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and issue escalation • Support project documentation and timelines Skills • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems • Strong business analysis skills, especially in testing, requirements validation, and data assessment • Ability to handle complex details with accuracy • Strong communication and documentation skills • Comfort working collaboratively and asking clarifying questions • Some project coordination or PM experience • Exposure to Apttus or Sirion is a plus • Experience working with legal teams or legal templates preferred Benefits • Curated training suite to enhance and develop your skills • Hands-on support • Networking opportunities • Accessing the most up-to-date resources Company Overview • ElevateFlex (flexible legal resourcing) and Elevate (the law company) create a unique combination.
