Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tidal Financial Group is a leading ETF investment technology platform dedicated to creating, operating, and growing ETFs. They are seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support their legal and contracts team by managing contract intake, coordinating reviews, and executing legal workflows efficiently across the organization. Responsibilities Manage intake of NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts Maintain tracking systems to provide visibility into status, ownership, and timelines Monitor deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and help identify bottlenecks Identify opportunities to streamline intake and tracking workflows through automation Generate initial drafts using Ironclad templates and form-based workflows Revise documents based on legal team guidance, incorporating comments and redlines Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and template consistency Flag deviations from approved language or missing information Serve as liaison between Legal and internal teams (Business Development, Client Success, Finance, Operations) Route drafts, collect comments, and maintain version control Use workflow and automation tools to improve cross-functional coordination Maintain organized repositories of contracts and legal matter files Document and refine repeatable legal workflows and SOPs Help design and implement workflow efficiencies using Ironclad, monday.com, Zapier, and AI-enabled tools Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work and increase visibility Skills Strong written communication and critical reading skills High attention to detail and comfort working with legal documents Ability to manage multiple matters and coordinate across stakeholders Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly and use AI or automation tools to improve operational efficiency Interest in continuous improvement and tech-enabled legal operations Experience with Ironclad preferred Experience building workflows or integrations in platforms such as Ironclad, monday.com, Zapier, or similar tools is strongly preferred Company Overview Tidal Financial Group (Tidal) is a leading ETF investment and technology platform facilitating the creation, operation and growth of ETFs.
