Job Description

Nightingale College is focused on elevating education in healthcare professions, and they are seeking a Liaison II to support relationships with experiential learning partners. This role involves managing partnerships, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate records while developing skills in relationship management.


Responsibilities

  • Manages a smaller portfolio of partnerships with oversight, ensuring accurate coordination and timely follow-up on tasks
  • Assists in maintaining positive relationships with experiential learning partners by acting as a supportive liaison
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with partners and colleagues, adapting their style as needed
  • Embraces a learning-oriented approach, actively seeking feedback from supervisors and partners to improve
  • Supports data management by ensuring that all partner communications and agreements are accurately documented in the CRM system and SharePoint
  • Works closely with internal teams to coordinate IP and EL placements, ensuring that schedules and logistics are aligned with partner needs
  • Learns to identify potential challenges early on and seeks guidance when needed to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability by adjusting to changing partner needs and deadlines
  • As part of their development, the Liaison II contributes insights to enhance partnership strategies

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated at least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required
  • Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is required
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and SharePoint, is required
  • Ability to travel based on the cadence indicated above
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred
