The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, with optional weekend opportunities available based on performance. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You connect with inbound prospects who are actively seeking healthcare coverage and guide them through ACA, Medicare, and ancillary product enrollments while using a structured, compliance-focused process. You listen carefully, match clients with appropriate solutions, and ensure each enrollment is accurate and complete. As you build relationships and retain clients, you consistently grow your pipeline and book of business in a performance-driven environment that values improvement, teamwork, and professional growth.
