- Handle inbound calls from warm prospects — no cold calling
- Guide clients through simple, compliant coverage options
- Close efficiently while delivering a strong customer experience

- Avg. premium: :$80 | Avg. production: 2–5 deals/day
- Compensation
- 300% of first month premium (underwritten)
- 150% of first month premium (GI)
- Avg. commission: :$200 per policy
