Career Renew is recruiting for a Lifecycle / Retention Manager (Braze) - Crypto for a client that is a leading app in the decentralized finance space. The role involves owning the Braze platform for lifecycle messaging and managing retention strategies to enhance user engagement. Responsibilities • Own all lifecycle messaging in Braze (email, push, in-app, inbox) • Build and maintain automated onboarding, retention, and win-back flows • Create dynamic segmentation and triggered journeys • Set up and monitor promotions and targeted incentives • Run A/B tests and weekly lifecycle experiments • Track activation → retention → reactivation KPIs and report learnings Skills • 5+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Retention for a consumer app • Hands-on proficiency in Braze (canvas, segmentation, etc.) • Experience moving metrics, not just sending messages • Strong short-form copy instincts (mobile-first) • Comfort using data to inform decisions • Crypto / trading / sportsbook / DFS experience • Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops Benefits • Equity opportunities • 5% 401(k) Match • Health benefits (75% premium coverage) + $150,000 in life insurance coverage • $1,000 one time office set up stipend • Flexible PTO Company Overview • Career Renew aims to transform the job search process by making it easier for candidates It was founded in 2022, and is headquartered in Bucharest, RO, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
