Remote Loan Officer – Florida Location: Remote (must reside in Florida) Compensation: • Ramp-up period: $3,500/month (W2, first 3 months) • Commission: 100% of pricing engine comp minus $995 flat fee per closed loan • Example: On a $500K loan at 6.5%, LO earns approx. $8,433 net commission Employment Type: W2 About the Role: Our client, a direct lender licensed in FL, MD, VA, and GA, is hiring a Remote Loan Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone based in Florida who brings in 1–2 of their own closings per month and would benefit from strong operational support and consistent, high-quality leads. The company is headquartered in the Tampa Bay area but this position is fully remote. You’ll have access to an LOS, CRM, pricing engine, and company-provided hardware if needed. What They Offer: • 5 company-generated leads daily from Zillow, online ads, social media, and Google • Most LOs close 3+ loans monthly just from leads provided • Full access to LOS, pricing engine, and CRM • Company-provided hardware available • Healthcare benefits and a 3% 401(k) contribution • Direct lender with in-house processing and marketing support Compensation Structure: • Ramp-up: $3,500/month W2 base (first 3 months) • Self-sourced loans: 100% of pricing engine comp minus $995 flat fee per file • Company leads: 50% payout on closed deals • Transparent and competitive earnings with examples provided during interview Requirements: • Must reside in Florida (this is required) • Active Florida NMLS license- not federal • Ability to bring in at least 1–2 self-sourced closings per month • Experience as a licensed Loan Officer • Comfortable working remotely with digital systems and CRM Please note: We do not set the requirements for this role.
