Remote Sales Executive / Freight Broker (Producers Only)

Location: 100% Remote(work from anywhere in the USA

Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 Base (DOE) + Aggressive Commission Structure

We're partnering with a rapidly growing logistics company that is actively seeking high-performing freight brokers / sales executives who know how to produce-and can prove it.

If you have an established book of business and are tired of caps, red tape, or lack of support, this is your opportunity to take control of your earnings and scale your portfolio.

    What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage your own book of business
  • Drive new revenue through shipper acquisition and relationship building
  • Manage freight from cradle to grave (or leverage internal ops support if preferred)
  • Negotiate rates and maximize margin on every load
  • Deliver high-level service to customers and carriers
    What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a freight broker / logistics sales executive
  • YOU MUST SHOW YOUR NUMBERS (revenue, margin, book size, etc.)
  • Active book of business preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, performance-driven environment
