Responsibilities Complete maintenance service requests, including general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) and HVAC/appliance repairs Participate in on-call rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (weekends, special events) Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain accurate work order status Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair appliances Maintain grounds (trash pickup, pressure washing, landscaping) Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Skills High school diploma/GED or vocational training Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to read diagrams, write reports, and perform basic math Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under deadlines Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Complete maintenance service requests, including general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) and HVAC/appliance repairs Participate in on-call rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (weekends, special events) Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain accurate work order status Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair appliances Maintain grounds (trash pickup, pressure washing, landscaping) Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines Perform other duties as assigned 1+ years of experience in building/facility maintenance preferred Trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing highly desirable Benefits
