This role involves supporting process improvement initiatives and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to management Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and progress Monitor project performance metrics and contribute to status updates for stakeholders Skills Accredited Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Proficiency with bolthires Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities Must be a U.S.
