They are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Support professional to provide administrative and project management support to the marketing director, including managing label approvals and creative asset routing. Responsibilities β€’ Provide administrative and project management support to the Director of Marketing, Nature Bounty, including assisting with assigned projects and following up with cross-functional teams for information and support β€’ Facilitate the team’s migration into Content Hub, including managing routing and approval processes for labels, creative asset tracking, rendering requests, and coordination of product samples β€’ Assist in maintaining organized workflows and documentation to ensure timely completion of marketing operations tasks Skills β€’ Associate or bachelor's degree required β€’ 2–3 years of executive administrative support or equivalent experience β€’ Demonstrated ability to support executive leadership teams β€’ Strong multi-tasking skills in a high-demand environment β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail β€’ Customer service-oriented mindset β€’ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Results-oriented with initiative to take ownership of projects and deliver on schedule β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to present professionally and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization β€’ Skilled at building and maintaining effective peer relationships β€’ 2+ years of experience supporting marketing functions preferred Benefits β€’ Medical insurance β€’ Dental insurance β€’ Vision insurance β€’ 401(k) β€’ Disability insurance Company Overview β€’ FuseGlobal is a partnership of people and brand-leading companies, working together to make things run better.
