The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. We Are Rosie is seeking a Media Buyer β Platform with hands-on keyboard media buying experience and exceptional analytical skills. This role is critical to the success of campaigns, requiring the buyer to manage digital campaigns effectively, analyze data for optimizations, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals. Responsibilities β’ An understanding of the various platform technologies utilized by the agency across disciplines (social, programmatic technologies, video, audio, mobile) β’ Managing Associate Buyer(s), helping to ensure flawless execution and exceptional campaign performance β’ Partnering with internal teams to understand the clientβs marketing goals and nuances in order to effectively manage digital campaigns β’ Help identify and suggest new technologies or tactics that can help deliver or exceed client goals β’ Understanding strategies, tools, and data that can be leveraged to make campaigns more successful β’ Analyzing data on a daily basis to perform ongoing optimizations and identify any shifts in trends β’ Leveraging knowledge across platforms to apply learnings from one channel to another β’ Having deep understanding of third-party ad-servers, rich media vendors, and other tracking technologies that can be incorporated into buys β’ Contributing to weekly, monthly, and annual reporting needs and insights β’ Understands the strategy and implementation of complex campaign set-bolthires across clients and programs β’ Advanced understanding of the supply and data ecosystems and the appropriate application of each within campaigns β’ Developing strong relationships with platform technology companies, seeking out new opportunities that could augment client initiatives β’ Helping to conduct audits of technology vendors to determine strategic vendors Hill Holliday should partner with β’ Leading trafficking across platforms with support from Assistant β’ Contributing to improvements in processes, both technical and business β’ Maintaining a clear communication channel with internal teams regarding expected deliverables Skills β’ 2-4 years of experience in a media Buying role β’ Fluent in MS Excel and Powerpoint usage β’ DCM expertise required β’ Social & Video platform buying experience required β’ Cross-channel experience preferred Company Overview β’ We Are Rosie is an advertising marketplace that connects the user to hand-picked teams curated to serve the user's goals.
