The Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Billing Support Specialist will manage pharmacy prescription payments, dispute lab invoices, and ensure accuracy in billing, contributing to the overall revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities β’ Review and provide pricing for provider recommended prescriptions. β’ Communicate with patients to provide W2W service assistance. β’ Maintain accurate documentation. β’ Identify billing errors initiate dispute processes within W2W. β’ Track dispute outcomes and follow through until resolution. β’ Confirm receipt of an external Medical Records Request and a W2W MRR fulfillment authorization form. β’ Store all MRR supporting documents in the MRR SharePoint β’ Fulfill and document in patient chart the fulfillment of the MRR β’ Assist with data entry and record maintenance. β’ Support department projects and contribute to developing workflows and best practices. β’ Respond to internal and external billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. β’ Take on additional responsibilities as the billing function expands. β’ Provide feedback and help build scalable, efficient processes. Skills β’ High school diploma or equivalent required β’ 1β2 years of experience in medical billing, pharmacy billing, or healthcare administration β’ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills β’ Excellent written and verbal communication β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities β’ Proficiency with billing software, spreadsheets, and common office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) β’ Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred β’ Associateβs degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Company Overview β’ ReviveRX is a leading licensed mail-order pharmacy specializing in generic and compounded medications.
