A Multi-State Medicare-Focused Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced person to recruit and acquire agents and agencies. They will also train and oversee the remote sales staff of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing agency. There is a unlimited opportunity for the right individual who wants to work hard and put the time in.
Responsibilities
Ā Oversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products.
Ā Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
Ā Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Ā Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations.
Ā Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Ā Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.
Ā Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts.
Qualifications
Ā Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly in Medicare products
Ā Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ā Ability to excel in outside sales and retail environments
Ā Proficiency in sales administration and analysis
Ā Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
Ā Familiarity with marketing, customer service, and HIPAA regulations
Ā Experience in benefits administration and telemarketing is advantageous

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
