Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana is a health services company focused on putting health first for their customers. They are seeking skilled Medicare Field Sales Agents to build trust and educate individuals on their Medicare Advantage plans while driving self-generated sales and expanding their market presence. This role involves face-to-face interactions with customers and participation in community events.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
- Engage with customers in the FIELD through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
Skills
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Must reside in Sarasota or Manatee county
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work or local events
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Prior experience selling Medicare products
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
