They are seeking a Member Care Advisor to manage customer interactions, support product development, and enhance customer experience in a remote work environment. Responsibilities Become a pro at their products, customers, medical conditions, insurance, and billing Be the first person customers talk to for questions and problems, and work with other teams (product, billing, etc.) to sort things out Handle the whole customer journey, from potential customers to post-purchase support Help create awesome processes for customer interactions Be the customer's voice internally, making sure product development is all about their needs Skills Experience in customer service, especially with durable medical equipment (DME) Super into consumer healthcare and helping people live their best lives Always go above and beyond for customers Self-starter, always 'selling' (in a good way!), creative, good at problem-solving, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excited to jump into a startup and make an impact right away Benefits Healthcare benefits Company Overview Better Health offers an end-to-end care solution, bundling peer-support, coaching, education and home delivery of medical supplies It was founded in 2019, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
