    Qualification:
  • Must have a valid license in Massachusetts but unlicensed clinicians are welcomed to apply
  • Must be living in Massachusetts
  • Must be an LMHC, LICSW or Licensed Psychologist
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethics and professional standards
  • Ability to maintain a full-time caseload of at least 25 clients a week.

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians. You will be responsible for providing individual therapy sessions to diverse clients via telehealth, fostering client growth and well-being through effective interventions and a collaborative approach.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions for adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to promote positive change.
  • Provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to express themselves and explore their challenges.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
