Role Overview
We’re hiring licensed LPC, LCSW, and LMFT therapists in Pennsylvania to join our founding team. This is a flexible, fully remote position where you’ll receive steady client referrals, full credentialing support, and zero administrative headaches — so you can focus entirely on providing therapy.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients aged 20–29 in Pennsylvania
- Maintain accurate and timely notes in our therapist-friendly EMHR
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to young adult needs
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Follow all HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards

- Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience working with young adults (20–29)
- $1M/$3M professional liability insurance
- Secure, private workspace + reliable internet
