This role offers the flexibility of conducting both video telehealth and in-person sessions, allowing you to make a significant difference in a variety of client experiences.


Job Overview


In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for:



  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans

  • Delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to meet client-specific needs and preferences

  • Maintaining meticulous and current client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our practice protocols

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients

  • Adhering to professional and ethical standards established by the APA or NASW, as applicable to your licensure


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities, with experience working with diverse populations

  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients

  • Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team environment

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Arizona
