Program Supervisor

Have a minimum of 28 client contact hours available each week (no consequences or loss of benefits for cancelled/rescheduled clients :)
Perform psychotherapy services to clients in a professional manner that maintain and uphold the values and reputation of Peak.
Reliable attendance and timely arrival to sessions.
Timely completion of all clinical documentation.
Coordination of care with clients other providers.
Attend weekly (one hour) case consultation meeting.
Reasonable retention of clients assigned.
Attend board approved clinical supervision (if applicable).
Any other duties that are important to your role, assigned by Peak.

Masters degree from accredited school
Active clinical license in WI (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
Prior experience serving clients in an outpatient mental health setting
Knowledge of family systems
Culturally responsive
Basic technical skills (email, word, fax, apps, etc.)
Experience using an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
Proven ability to work independently
Ability to manage and maintain schedule and availability
