Job Description

  • Now serving clients who live in Wisconsin*

Peak Behavioral Health is a mental health organization built on compassion, cultural awareness, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and supported. Our team is made up of psychotherapists and medication providers who show up with honesty, humility, and a genuine respect for the communities we serve.

While we have a physical presence in Minnesota, our clinicians work remotely, giving them the flexibility to provide meaningful and accessible care to clients wherever they are. We focus on serving diverse, underserved, and marginalized communities, and we strive to make therapy a welcoming space for people who have often been overlooked or misunderstood in traditional systems.

We are hiring full-time Psychotherapists who want a place to grow, stay, and feel proud of the work they do. If you value culturally informed care, social justice, and bringing your full self to the work, you’ll fit right in with us.
