We’re looking for a Remote Monitoring Analyst to oversee the performance and operational health of hybrid renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems. This role involves real-time monitoring, data analysis, and proactive issue resolution to ensure optimal asset performance, safety & contractual compliance. What you’ll do Monitor renewable energy assets remotely using SCADA, VCOM and other digital platforms Analyse operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance deviations Alert and collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Support predictive maintenance strategies through data-driven insights Assist in optimizing energy output and improving system reliability Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment protocols and requirements Participate in a set roster 4 days on 3 days off – 12 hours per day (6am – 6pm). The 6am – 6pm set time will alter as our QLD solar facilities come online in 2027 You’ll have the following skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Data Analytics, or related field Previous experience in a monitoring analyst position related to renewable energy Experience with SCADA systems, remote monitoring tools, and data visualization platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiarity with hybrid renewable systems (solar, wind, thermal, battery storage) Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Find out more and apply now.
