They are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sourcer to generate outbound activity and build a strong funnel for the recruiting team, focusing on engaging loan officer candidates across the country. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls per day to loan officer candidates across the country Generating interest and qualify leads to pass along to recruiters and regional leadership Proactively source and educate loan originators on Guaranteed Rate Affinityβs dynamic value proposition (Model/Platform + Partnership with Anywhere) Partner with recruiters and regional leadership to align sourcing strategy with business needs Establish strong rapport with candidates through various avenues of communication (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, etc.) Maintain detailed records in our tracking system Contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve messaging and outreach performance Skills Previous experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume sales role Comfort with cold calling and phone interactions Excellent phone presence and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Relentless drive to succeed and hit daily/weekly call metrics Aptitude for learning about the mortgage industry and Guaranteed Rate Affinity's overall value proposition Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to cultivate and build relationships Strong listening and follow up skills Experience with an Applicant Tracking System Bachelor's Degree preferred Benefits Bonus Financial opportunity Necessary equipment to successfully complete job duties Company Overview Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides the best mortgage experience possible, featuring incredibly low rates It was founded in 2017, and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
